Method
How We Do It
A Part 107 certified pilot flies the aircraft along the glass while ground-based equipment supplies deionized water through the delivery line to the aircraft. The drone extends reach — it doesn't replace the containment and filtration equipment on the ground.
Containment
Containment and Runoff Handling
Every job follows MS4 stormwater best-practice containment — an operating practice, not a certification. Runoff from deionized water is planned for before the aircraft leaves the ground, the same way it is on every job near a storm drain.
The Advantage
Why This Beats Lift or Pole Access
- No swing stage — the aircraft reaches mid-rise and high-rise glass without suspended access equipment.
- No tenant notice — work happens from outside the building, with no interior or tenant-space access needed.
- No parking closure.
- No roof or ladder access required.
Deliverables
What You Receive
- Before/after photo documentation
- Scope confirmation — what was covered, checked against the original assessment
FAQ
Questions About Windows
01Does the building need to close parking or entrances during the job?
No. The aircraft and ground equipment don't require a closed lane, lot, or entrance.
02Will tenants or staff be disrupted?
No. The work happens from outside the building — there's no need for interior or tenant-space access.
03How is overspray and runoff controlled?
Every job follows MS4 stormwater best-practice containment, planned before the aircraft leaves the ground — an operating practice, not a certification.
04Do you coordinate with air traffic control near controlled airspace?
Where a job falls in controlled airspace, coordination happens through LAANC — authorization requested for that specific area and time window, not a standing clearance.
